Ordering Information
Placing an order: All orders for
retail can be made using the Paypal shopping cart on our website.
Simply add the items to your cart and continue shopping. Once done
click on view cart and if your order is complete simply continue
to checkout and choose whether you want to pay by Paypal funds, use credit card
or bank account
Orders: Please note that all orders
are shipped out the next day following the day we receive your
order. During our busy time in the year it may take us 2 days
before we ship your order out but generally it is shipped out
between 24 hrs- 48 hrs. If you place an order and we happen to run
out of stock on certain water lilies and pond plants we will
contact you right away to let you know. We never do substitutions
on orders unless specified by the customer in advance. All water
plants are shipped to you to arrive healthy and alive. Please make
sure you pick up your mail right away so that the pond plants
don't have to go in anymore stress from a hot day in the sun in
the mail box.
Terms Of Sale
Payment Terms: All orders must be
paid in advance before water plants are shipped out. We use Paypal
on our website that enables you to use credit cards to make online
purchases. We also accept check and money orders but please note
that paying by check will delay shipment of plants for 7-10 days
to make sure check is cleared by bank.

If your new to Paypal, Paypal is a secure online
payment processor that enables you to make online purchases safely
and securely. Paypal is widely used by big companies like Ebay
customers to do online shopping. You don't need a Paypal account
at all and you can still use the shopping cart on our website. If

G.S.T. - All orders shipped to all Canadian
provinces except Nova Scotia. New Brunswick, Newfoundland and
Labrador are subject to the 5% Goods and Service Tax, calculated
on the value of your order including the shipping and handling
charges. All items are subject to the G.S.T. Prices online do not
include the G.S.T.
H.S.T. - All orders shipped to Nova Scotia,
New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are subject to the 13%
Harmonized Sales Tax, calculated on the value of your order
including shipping and handling charges. All items are subject to
H.S.T. Prices online do not include the H.S.T.
Refunds: Please note that you have 24 hrs from the time you
receive your shipment to contact us if there is any problems.
After 24 hrs. we will assume that everything was okay with your
order and your plants are all fine. We cannot be responsible for
not picking up your order from your mail box and allowing further
stress to happen to the water plants as previously mentioned. If
shipment was damaged during transportation you must file a
complaint with the carrier. Please note in cases where refunds are
given we only refund the dollar value of the products only. We do
not refund shipping costs.
